  • Data processing – any operation performed on data, including collection, retrieval, access, photographing, video monitoring, and\/or audio monitoring, organization, grouping, interconnection, storage, modification, recovery, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion, or destruction, as well as disclosure of data by transmission, publication, dissemination, or making it otherwise accessible;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The data subject (hereinafter referred to as the User) – any natural person whose data is being processed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Consent of the data subject (User) – the freely and clearly expressed will of the data subject, after receiving the relevant information, to process data about them for a specific purpose, expressed actively, in writing (including electronically) or orally;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Data controller – a natural person, legal entity, or public institution that determines the purposes and means of data processing individually or together with others and carries out data processing directly or through a person authorized for processing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Data processor – a natural person, legal entity, or public institution that processes data for the data controller or on their behalf. A person in a labor relationship with the data controller is not considered a data processor; for the purposes of this document, \u00abGeorgia Post\u00bb Ltd (a identification code: 203836233; Address: Station Square No. 2, 0100, Tbilisi, Georgia) is also considered a data processor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Third-party – a natural person, legal entity, or public institution, except for the data subject, the personal data protection service, the data controller, the data processor, the special representative, and the person authorized to process data by the direct assignment of the data controller or the data processor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Direct marketing – the direct and immediate delivery of information to the data subject by phone, mail, email, or other electronic means to form, maintain, realize, or support interest in a natural person and\/or legal entity, goods, ideas, services, work, and\/or initiative, as well as image and social topics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    CONSENT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Using the AAA Sportline website is considered as the User\u2019s consent to the Privacy Policy. Accordingly, the User grants AAA Sportline the right to process, store, and use the personal information provided by the User.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This information will be used by AAA Sportline to provide services in accordance with applicable laws. Otherwise, AAA Sportline is unable to provide any kind of service to the User or enter into a contractual relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Monitoring activities identified by the User on the website;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Notifying Users of updated data on AAA Sportline;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Effective communication with the User;<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      • Any other legitimate purpose granted to AAA Sportline by the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        USER RIGHTS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        The User has the right to request the following information from AAA Sportline regarding data processing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • What data about the User is processed by AAA Sportline;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The purpose of data processing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The legal basis for data processing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • How the data was collected\/obtained;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • To whom the User\u2019s data was disclosed, the basis and purpose of such disclosure (if applicable);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Information on the data retention period or the criteria for determining it;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Information about automated processing, including decisions made as a result of profiling and the logic used to make such decisions, as well as the impact of data processing and the expected\/probable outcome of processing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The right to access data and receive a copy;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          The User has the right to receive the above information no later than 10 working days from their request. This period may be extended by no more than 10 working days in exceptional cases and with proper justification, of which the User will be immediately informed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Due to the specific nature of AAA Sportline\u2019s activities, User notifications are carried out electronically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Within 10 working days from the submission of the request by the User, AAA Sportline is obliged to correct\/update\/complete any incorrect\/inaccurate\/incomplete data about the User or inform the User of the grounds for refusal of the request and explain the procedure for appealing it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The User has the right to request AAA Sportline cease, delete, or destroy the processing of their data (including profiling). Within 10 working days of the User\u2019s request, AAA Sportline is obliged to cease\/delete or destroy the existing data about the User or inform the User of the grounds for refusal of the request and explain the procedure for appealing it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          In case: the User disputes the authenticity or accuracy of the data; the data processing is unlawful, but the User opposes its deletion and requests the blocking of the data; the data is no longer needed to achieve the purpose of processing, but the User needs it to file a complaint\/claim; the User requests the cessation, deletion, or destruction of data processing and the review of this request is in progress; there is a necessity to retain the data for use as evidence; the User has the right to request AAA Sportline to block the existing data about them. The User has the right to receive information about the decision made regarding the blocking of the data or the grounds for refusal of the data blocking immediately upon the decision, but no later than 3 (three) working days from the request. In addition to data storage, AAA Sportline may process it in the following cases: with the User\u2019s consent, to substantiate a legal claim or defense; to protect the interests of AAA Sportline or a third party and in accordance with the law to protect the public interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          In case the User consents to the processing of their data for one or more specific purposes and\/or data processing is necessary to fulfill an obligation under a contract with the User or to enter into a contract at the User\u2019s request and\/or the User has given written consent for the processing of special category data for one or more specific purposes (if applicable); they have the right to receive the data they provided to AAA Sportline in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or to request the transfer of this data to another data controller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The User has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning them, except when the decision based on profiling: is based on the User\u2019s explicit consent; is necessary for entering into or performing a contract between the User and AAA Sportline; is authorized by law or under a regulatory act issued within the scope of authority delegated by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The User has the right to withdraw their consent given to AAA Sportline at any time and request the cessation of data processing and\/or the deletion\/destruction of processed data by contacting AAA Sportline\u2019s support team via email. In such a case, AAA Sportline will cancel the User\u2019s personal account and cease data processing and\/or destroy the processed data within 10 (ten) working days unless there is another basis for data processing. Before withdrawing consent, the User has the right to request and receive information from AAA Sportline about the possible consequences of withdrawing consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The User is entitled to contact the Personal Data Protection Service or the court in case of violating the rights provided by the Law of Georgia on \u00abPersonal Data Protection.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          USER\u2019S OBLIGATION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          The User is obliged to provide AAA Sportline with complete and accurate information about themselves to receive services. This obligation also extends to changes in the information provided by the User.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          CALL CENTER<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          For the purpose of improving the quality of service at AAA Sportline, addressing issues\/faults, providing feedback, and ensuring security, incoming and outgoing calls are recorded, stored, and processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          TERMS OF USE THE AAA Sportline WEBSITE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          By using the AAA Sportline website, the User consents to the storage and processing of his\/her personal data and cookies by AAA Sportline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The User is obligated to provide AAA Sportline with complete and accurate information and to update the information he\/she has provided in case of changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          WHO WE SHARE USER DATA WITH<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          Personal data is shared with partner courier service companies, specifically with \u00abMercury Delivery\u00bb LLC (identification code: 203836233; Address: Station Square No. 2, 0100, Tbilisi, Georgia), which ensures the delivery of purchased products to the address specified by the User. The partner courier service company receives the following information about the User: order details, name, surname, address, and contact number. The information provided to the partner courier company is used solely for the purpose of delivering the purchased products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Sharing of the User\u2019s personal data may be necessary in cases provided by the current legislation of Georgia, for the purpose of detecting, investigating, or preventing a crime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          In line with the User\u2019s interests, AAA Sportline, with the User\u2019s consent, may use the User\u2019s personal information, specifically their name and email address\/phone number, for direct marketing purposes, to provide advertising materials, services, products, and to improve the quality of service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          AAA Sportline is authorized to share personal information with any third party in cases provided by the current legislation of Georgia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          CONSENT\/WITHDRAWAL REGARDING DIRECT MARKETING<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          For direct marketing purposes, the User gives consent through an active action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The User has the opportunity at any time to withdraw the consent given for direct marketing from AAA Sportline. From its side, AAA Sportline will cease direct marketing to the User within a reasonable period after receiving a request regarding withdrawal, but no later than 7 (seven) working days. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The withdrawal of consent given by the User for direct marketing is done on the AAA Sportline website in the personal account in the following way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          In the User\u2019s personal account, there is a \u00abswitch on\/off\u00bb button through which the User can consent or refuse the processing of information for direct marketing purposes, receiving news and offers via SMS & Email notifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          AAA Sportline is obliged to record and store the time and fact of consent and withdrawal of consent by the User for the duration of direct marketing activities and for 1 (one) year after the cessation of direct marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          A request by the User to cease direct marketing does not obligate AAA Sportline to stop providing information about updates and changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
